Pricing and Terms

Standard Pricing

• Standard Shoot still photos: $175 for homes up to 3000 sq. ft., includes 15 finished images color corrected and enhanced to bring out details. Blown out (too bright) windows are photoshopped for free. This shoot will take approximately 2 hours.
• Large Home Shoot: $250 for homes over 3000sq. ft., includes 20 finished images color corrected and enhanced to bring out details. Blown out (too bright) windows are photoshopped for free. This shoot will take approximately 3 hours.

Extras

• Elevated Shots: $50 Taken from 8 to 12 feet above normal view.
• Seller/Buyer gift CD/DVD: $25 all images included in a slideshow that will play in computer or dvd player. Makes for a great keepsake.
• Flyer Designs: $50 Design of home sale flyer. Delivered in PDF form.
• Twilight or Repeat Visit: $75 Done between sunset and approximately 40 minutes after sunset.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If for some reason you are not happy with the photographs taken we will come back for a second pass no charge. This does not apply to non communicated requests. I will personally walk through to make sure we are on the same page before I begin shooting the house.

Terms of Service

• Scheduling: Please contact via telephone 206-579-9456 or email rephotos@nakean.com no less than 24 hours before your preferred shoot time.
• Payment: Please be prepared to pay the photographer at the time of the shoot. We take cash check and major credit cards.
• The Shoot: The homeowner or someone authorized by the homeowner should be present at the shoot to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots. Our goal at the shoot is to provide 15 quality photos that include a front exterior, back exterior and all all the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give us direction otherwise.
• Pets: please make sure pets are contained during the shoot. Pets are never included in photos and need to be out of the way during the shoot.
• Cancellations Policy: If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary please give us a 24 hour notice. There will be a cancellation charge of $50 if shoots are not canceled within 24 hours.
• Photo Delivery: Once the photos are shot they will be edited and optimized for quality and delivered to you via our website within 24 hours. You will receive an email with a link and instructions on downloading your photos.
• Photo Rights and Usage: All photos produced for the client may be used by that agent for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules. Please note that the photos will be copyrighted by the photographer. A license granted only to the agent and their MLS and NOT to any other party. Any usage of the photos by a third party including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.
